Kid (or young goat) leather has a elegant high shine and is so smooth it has nearly no grain or texture at all. The skins also have a good amount of firmness to them so they are ideal for projects where you want the leather to hold it's shape while still remaining thin. Perfect for shoes, bags, wallets, and other small leather goods.
